The Beyond Tomorrow© Programme
Our flagship Beyond Tomorrow© Programme provides a sustainable pathway leading to employment or further training opportunities and incorporates an individually tailored programme of well-being activities; emotional intelligence, resilience, mindset, belief and identity and incorporates enrichment activities such as community and business projects, vocational training and work experience opportunities.
Delivered and managed by our highly experienced coaches and facilitators, the Programme is customer centric, designed to stretch and challenge individuals. Our programme involves a mix of peer and group workshop sessions, delivered in groups, with 1-2-1 tailored support and delivered in a time frame to suit all needs and abilities. Participants have regular face-to-face coaching and access to their own coach and tutor. Each individual travels through the programme at their own pace and take part in the core elements that are ‘right’ for them.
